Kelly Nispel joined Lakefield Veterinary Group in 2017 and serves as Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing accounting, GAAP financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. With more than 40 years of financial leadership experience, she has guided high-growth companies through complex financial transformations, multi-entity operations, regulatory requirements, and audits. Before joining Lakefield, Kelly held senior finance and accounting leadership roles across organizations ranging from start-ups to multibillion-dollar corporations, as well as CPA consulting. She began her career at Price Waterhouse, now PwC, serving middle-market and growth companies. Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
