At Lakefield we don’t tell our doctors how to practice medicine. Our role is to provide tools, resources, operational support, and functional expertise so our hospital teams can focus on what they do best: providing quality care to pets and outstanding experiences to clients.

A team of professionals that provide financial reporting, tax compliance, planning and analysis, treasury management, accounts payable and more to keep our hospitals operating efficiently and smoothly.
Marketing
Our in-house marketing team supports our hospitals by nurturing existing clients and driving new clients across digital and print channels such as social media, websites, graphic design, paid advertising, reputation management, and more.
IT
Our knowledgeable, in-house IT team provides technology solutions and support for your hospital’s patient management systems, x-ray, lab, email, phone systems, and mobile devices.
Recruiting
Seasoned talent acquisition specialists interface with veterinary schools, engage with students, build a robust talent pipeline, post jobs, and source qualified candidates to help efficiently fill your DVM openings.
People & Culture
Our human resource department includes payroll, benefits, training, onboarding and reporting, as well as professional development, team member relations (including performance management), and more.
Facilities and Construction
Remodels, repairs, upgrades, and new equipment are all handled through our central office.
