Will serves as Chief of Staff at Lakefield Veterinary Group, working alongside the CEO to set direction, drive execution, and connect strategy to day-to-day operations across the company’s hospitals and team members.

Will joined Lakefield as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, where he led the company’s financial planning work, shaping its approach to growth. He was later named VP of Strategy, leading the company’s strategic planning before moving into the Chief of Staff role.

Before Lakefield, Will held corporate strategy and analytics roles across several national companies. He was born and raised in Texas and attended Texas A&M University.
